Are your pieces mass-produced?

No — each vase and lampshade is individually 3D printed. That means no two pieces are identical, and every shape is naturally unique.

What materials do you use?

Our vases are printed with biodegradable PLA, and our lampshades are made from PETG — a durable, heat-resistant material ideal for lighting.

Do the vases hold water?

No — they’re designed for dry flowers and sculptural display. They are not watertight.

Will your lampshades fit my lamp?

Yes! Our lampshades are designed with a universal fitting that works with nearly all lamp bases and pendant fixtures in the UK.

Can I choose shape and colour?

You can choose your colour. If you’re buying a Mystery item, the shape will be a surprise — otherwise, what you see is exactly what you’ll receive.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the UK. For international orders, please reach out to us — we may be able to arrange special delivery.

Do you accept wholesale or trade orders?

Yes — we’re open to working with designers, stylists, and retail stores. Contact us for wholesale pricing or collaboration enquiries.

Are your products durable?

They’re made from strong, high-quality materials — but like any design object, they should be handled with care to preserve their beauty.

What’s your return policy?

We accept returns on a case-by-case basis. If there’s an issue with your order, get in touch within 14 days and we’ll do our best to help.
