1. Products
All Gill Flow Design products are uniquely designed and 3D printed. One-of-a-kind items are sold as single editions. While we strive for accuracy in color and description, slight variations may occur.
2. Ordering & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes. We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal. Payment must be made in full before dispatch.
3. Shipping
We ship across the UK and internationally. Delivery times vary by destination. A confirmation email will be sent once your order has shipped. Customs and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns for non-custom, non-mystery items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Mystery Picks and custom pieces are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property
All content, including product designs, descriptions, photos, and branding, is the intellectual property of 3D Dundee Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
